Well located. Lots of reasonably priced eating joints all around. Some shopping too. Easy access to shopping and tourism area. The hotel decor is good but lack maintenance. Some hotel staff are good, like the bell boy and young reception boy. Forgot to ask his name. He mostly man the reception during night. He was very courteous, professional and helpful. Talk in English. I would like to put on record my appreciation to this young man. Staff of his attitude will make the customer feel happy and forget about others misgivings. Thank you

i have ask for invoice since one month and they havent send it to me yet.They tell me different excuses all the time but they dont send me the invoice i need for my company.booking has also call them but nothing.

Hotel ammenities esp. Sauna, gym, and pool are the highlights, near to grocery shops and restaurants. BUT I personally did NOT like my experience. I arrived with room reservation confirmation but was not indicated in their system. Not to blame the Reception staff but the management team. Apparently it was resolved, got my room However, They took me to a room who is occupied and as I enter somebody is already in there occupying the room. Schocked and shamed.. they gave me the wong room. Frustratingly, the room I had is not clean.. the buliding itself is old, shower is old and rusted, no toiletries provided, Housekeeping just changed my towels but did not make my bed. Food is recycled :( same food for my 3dayStay. With this service, it is not a "4*Hotel.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. Staff are limited in English speaking. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Worst Hotel since very long. I should have read the posts.... Worn rooms/ bathrooms, no proper cleaning, .... Asking personal sometimes three times for a topic before it was done. Not recommended!

staff are kind, spacious rooms with classic old furniture,room cleaning is everyday even if you don’t ask to,breakfast horrible food is old and there’s a lot of bugs , i found this cockroach in my bed in the midnight

The hotel is in budget and the location quite all right. There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean and not worn out. I stayed 3 nights and paid about $ 150.00. I would definitely recommend the hotel …
